Antique von Schierholz porcelain bowl – c. 1907–1920

Antique pierced porcelain bowl from von Schierholz, Plaue in Germany.

The bowl is made of finely woven porcelain with a twisted rim and gilding. In the center is a hand-painted floral decoration with a rose and smaller flowers in shades of pink, blue, purple, and green.

The underside is marked with Schierholz's crowned coat of arms and the worn text "Handmalerei". This mark variation dates to approximately 1907–1920s.
