Cristal de Vannes Le Châtel crystal glass vide-poche bear

Charming vintage vide-poche or decorative bowl designed as a bear in heavy French crystal glass.

The shape, weight, size, and craftsmanship are consistent with the well-known bear figures from Cristal de Vannes Le Châtel, France, which were produced in the mid-20th century. The marking is no longer clear on this specimen, but there are immediate traces of previous marking on the bottom.

Can be used as a vide-poche, jewelry bowl, coin dish, or as a decorative figure in a display cabinet or on a desk.
