Karel Zentner Art Deco glass art with polar bear – Libochovice glass ca. 1935

Rare and decorative Art Deco glass art made of heavily pressed glass with a satin-frosted polar bear on a geometric ice floe base.
Can be used as a jewelry dish, vide-poche, or serving bowl.

Design attributed to the Czech designer Karel Zentner (1891-1963) for Libochovice Glassworks (Feigl & Morawetz) in Czechoslovakia around 1935.

Made of clear and frosted glass with elegant facets and classic Art Deco design. A very decorative collector's item that functions as an ashtray, vide-poche, jewelry tray, or sculptural decoration.
