Old Swedish brooch in 830 silver, designed as a cross-country ski.

Stamped with three crowns, S in a hexagon (Swedish silver hallmark), year code L8 (1937), maker's mark A/B SP (Sam Pettersson Aktiebolag), and city mark L for Linköping.

On the front, the brooch is marked "SAF", which most likely refers to a Swedish association or organization. The precise meaning is not documented.

The brooch has the original old C-shaped hook clasp.
